We won't get involved in the debate over whether Web pages should include background music but, if you decide to include background music on a page, you should try to include a control panel like the one above so that visitors can control the music.

We found a JavaScript on the About site that makes it fairly easy to add background music to a page. Choose your settings below to generate the script code. You can create a virtual jukebox by using multiple audio files.  When the page is loaded, the script will randomly select one of the files to play.  Just enter multiple sound files in the field below, separated using commas.
