It sounds as if you’re doing everything right. I recently installed the latest version and followed these steps:
* Close all instances of Visual LightBox and install the FULL version by running the unzipped setup file.
* After the setup is complete, run Visual LightBox.
* Press “Ctrl+Alt+R” in Visual LightBox window and the “Register” dialog appears.
If that doesn’t work all I can suggest is sending another email to support@visuallightbox.com. It’s been my experience that they respond promptly.

Hi, I have bought the full business edition of visual Lightbox and have a key code to register, their email said press Ctrl+Alt+R to get to the register box, but doing this nothing happens, “no register box”
I have re downloaded from the link in their mail and reinstalled a couple of times but still no luck,
Anyone ideas? still waiting for them to reply to my mails.

So far, Chris, no problems. Were you doing a “Complete” backup or “Database only”? I hope your site came back up. How long was it down?

How did it work out? I am running backup now using it and it’s making me nervous because the site has been down for a while since I started it.

For me, Apple is very good in marketing but I think that finally Android will dominate the market.

Personally I feel more confident with a Laptop instead of a tablet. I am a bit reluctant replacing it.

Every time I have purchased a license key the response has been almost immediate. It may be a problem with your spam filter. I suggest that you whitelist support@visuallightbox.com and then request that they resend the license key.

I bought the license key for the business license on Monday and still have not received the key. I’ve emailed their support email several times. Would you have any ideas on what I could do? Thanks !
