Joomla! Wins 2006 Open Source CMS Award.
Following a nomination round and eight weeks of voting, Packt announced Joomla! as the winner of the 2006 Open Source Content Management System Award. Joomla! was selected from five finalists: Drupal, e107, Joomla!, Plone, and XOOPS. Drupal took second place, and Plone was third.
